Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“the Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you and the Padict platform (“the Platform”), governing your use of the website and app and the services offered through them: padel court bookings, matches, tournaments, the store and subscriptions.
Please read them carefully before using the Platform; creating an account or using any service constitutes your acceptance of them and of the complementary Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Arabic version of this Agreement prevails in case of any discrepancy with the English translation.
Acceptance of terms
By using the Platform, creating an account or completing any booking, you confirm that you have full legal capacity (eighteen years or older, or with a guardian's consent and under their responsibility for those younger), and that the information you provided is accurate.
For any material change to these terms or the Platform's services, we will notify registered users at least one week before it takes effect, in accordance with the E-Commerce Law's implementing regulation. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the change.
Description of service
Padict is an electronic intermediary platform connecting players with padel clubs: it displays courts, availability and prices as provided to us by the clubs, and enables you to book, pay electronically and manage your matches.
- The sports service contract (court use, coaching session, or tournament participation) is concluded directly between you and the club, coach or organizer as the “service provider” responsible for its facilities, service quality and regulatory compliance.
- The Platform's role is technical intermediation: managing the booking, collecting payments through a licensed payment service provider, and settling club dues after the service is delivered.
- The Platform undertakes to display information as received from service providers, to receive and handle complaints through a clear procedure, and to remove any content violating the regulations or these terms.
User and account obligations
When using the Platform you undertake to:
- Create one account with accurate details, updated when they change.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for what happens through your account, and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
- Not impersonate others, and not create multiple accounts to circumvent offers or restrictions.
- Use a payment method you own or are legally authorized to use.
- Comply with club rules and safety instructions inside its facilities.
Payments and fees
- Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals inclusive of VAT where applicable; the final total amount is shown before you confirm payment, and any additional fees are disclosed before completing the transaction. Pressing the pay button concludes a contract and creates a payment obligation.
- Payments are processed through a payment service provider licensed in the Kingdom; the Platform does not store card numbers and retains only the transaction data needed for invoicing and settlement.
- The booking amount is collected upon confirmation and settled to the club after the service time, minus the Platform's commission — this arrangement is what enables us to protect you on cancellations and refunds under the published policy.
- If you entered unintended booking details (wrong time or court), notify us within twenty-four hours of completing it and before the service time; we will correct the booking or cancel it with a full refund in accordance with the E-Commerce Law.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically per the cycle disclosed before subscribing; you can stop renewal at any time from your account settings, effective from the next cycle.
- Outstanding unpaid amounts may lead to suspension of new bookings until settled.
Cancellations and no-shows
Each club has a cancellation policy (flexible, moderate or strict) clearly shown to you before payment, and it governs your booking; the time windows and refund percentages are detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy complementing these terms.
A booking is a date-specific service whose capacity is reserved for you and often cannot be re-offered on late cancellation; accordingly, the statutory withdrawal right in Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law does not apply to it, by analogy with the reservation and events services excluded by law — and in its place the Platform grants you the contractual cancellation rights displayed before payment.
A no-show without prior cancellation is not refundable, and repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions on your account.
Open matches and groups
When you create or join an open match, you pay only your share of the court price:
- The booking is confirmed once players are complete and all shares are paid; if the match does not fill by the set deadline before its time, it is cancelled automatically and participants' shares are refunded in full.
- Withdrawing from an open match is subject to the same cancellation policy shown when you joined.
- In private groups, the group creator is responsible for sharing the invite link, and the same rules apply to shares and refunds.
- The Platform is not a party to team formation and does not guarantee players' level or commitment. Be respectful in match chats; using them to move dealings off-platform or for any violating purpose is prohibited.
Points, offers and discount codes
- Loyalty points are an incentive feature with no cash value; they may not be transferred or sold, are redeemed for discounts per the terms shown in the app, and may expire after the period stated there.
- Discount codes are personal and for their designated use; the Platform may void points or discounts resulting from fraudulent use or violations of these terms.
- Promotional offers are limited to their stated period and terms, and advertisements published through the Platform are binding as to the prices and terms they contain, per the E-Commerce Law.
Store, tournaments and subscriptions
- Store products are sold by the party indicated on each product (the Platform or a partner), and the withdrawal and return rules in the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply to them — including the seven-day withdrawal right from receipt for unused products, subject to the statutory exceptions.
- Tournament registration is subject to each tournament's terms announced at registration. By participating in a public event, visual content of the event in which you appear may be captured and used in its media coverage.
- Premium subscription: its benefits, cycle and price are shown before subscribing, and it renews automatically unless you stop renewal from your settings.
Rules of conduct
When using the Platform you must not:
- Use it for any purpose violating regulations, public morals or others' rights.
- Commit fraud or attempt to circumvent payments, commissions or refund policies.
- Publish abusive, misleading or impersonating content.
- Collect users' data or use it outside the scope of the service.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
- Use the Platform or its data to build a competing service.
Limitation of liability
The Platform is committed to exercising due care to run a safe and accurate service, and to processing payments and refunds under its published policies.
In return, and because the sports service is delivered directly by the club:
- The Platform is not responsible for the condition of courts and facilities or service quality inside the club, for sports injuries, or for the conduct of other players before, during or after a booking.
- The Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and in all cases its maximum liability to you for any booking shall not exceed the amounts paid through it for that booking.
- The foregoing does not prejudice any rights of yours that may not be excluded by agreement under the Kingdom's regulations.
Force majeure: the Platform is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, general outages, government decisions, cyberattacks); affected bookings are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The Padict trademark, logo, designs, software and content published through the Platform are owned by or licensed to it, and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Content you create on the Platform (such as reviews and photos) remains yours, and you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and operate it within the service and its promotion.
Account suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from settings after settling any outstanding obligations.
The Platform may suspend, restrict or terminate an account in cases including: violation of these terms; serious indications of fraud, abuse or violation of anti-money-laundering regulations; failure of identity verification when requested; or in execution of an order from a competent authority — with notice to you unless legally precluded. Provisions that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.
Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are committed first to amicable resolution: contact our support team via the app; we will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it promptly — our procedure includes settling any dispute between you and a club over a service delivered through the Platform. If your complaint is not resolved, you may refer to the Ministry of Commerce via the unified number (1900) or the “Commercial Report” (Balagh Tijari) app, then to the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom.
